RETURNS FOR CONSUMERS WITHIN THE EU (SECOND-HAND GOODS)

All products sold by Kingsman Design are second-hand and vintage items.

For purchases made by consumers within the European Union via www.kingsmandesign.com, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without stating any reason within a period of 14 days. This withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, receives the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Kingsman Design by email or by submitting the withdrawal form below. The customer should not return the goods until written confirmation and return instructions have been received from Kingsman Design.

The customer must return the goods within 14 days after notifying Kingsman Design of the withdrawal. Return shipping and insurance costs are borne by the customer. Any taxes, duties, or additional fees related to the return are also the responsibility of the customer. If Kingsman Design has paid any shipping or related costs, these may be deducted from the refund.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received, including all accessories, and packaged in the original or equally secure packaging. As the products are second-hand, the customer may only handle and inspect the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Any use beyond this, including but not limited to installation, mounting, electrical connection, or actual use, will result in a reduction in value.

Kingsman Design reserves the right to deduct an amount corresponding to any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for inspection. In cases where the product has been installed, modified, damaged, or used in a manner that significantly reduces its resale value, the refund may be reduced accordingly or refused in full where legally permitted.

Kingsman Design will refund the amount due, excluding original shipping costs, within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods or proof of return.

EXCLUSIONS FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products purchased specifically at the request of the customer;

  • Products that have been customized, modified, or restored upon request of the customer.
